monitoring for sources sought, RFI, RFP, or RFQ's; managing schedule, leading kick-off meetings,
collaborating with SME's; writing customized proposals that includes creating a matrix, cover letter,
executive summary, solution, project roll-out schedule, graphics, flowcharts, financials, creating
customized reports; and performing final top to bottom compliance review and editing for one
voice. Additional projects include creating and updating extensive proposal resources libraries and
client sites through SharePoint 2010 and creating monitoring and scheduling databases for

KPMG staff on laptop, desktop, and printer troubleshooting; software and hardware upgrades,

Development Assistant for Wärtsilä Diesel; Annapolis, MD (1993 - 1995)
The role included assisting with international power plant development projects in Latin America,
the Caribbean, South America, and the Middle East. Proposal work included responding to
International Ministry of Defense/Finance and private investor RFP's from various countries.
Extensive research was required to create proposals, engineering documents, contracts, and
presentations. Additional duties included research on foreign countries to create detailed reports
that included security issues, creating daily heavy fuel price reports on OPEC to monitor
fluctuations in oil prices, and processing proposals and contracts through Embassies in
Washington, D.C., and performing translation. Accomplishments include winning the bid for
providing power to Kingston, Jamaica, and creating and installing a 10-story building wide recycle
plan, saving the owner $80,000 per year in waste disposal (paper).
